Richard Kearley is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
He has over ten (10) years of experience focusing intensely on the trial of bodily injury cases. Richard’s unique and extensive litigation experience informs his assessment and defense of each case.
Prior to joining SSE, Richard was an in-house attorney, first for a national insurance carrier where he successfully defended premises and automobile related bodily injury cases, and then for a local nonstandard Miami automobile insurance company where he tried and won over twelve (12) bodily injury jury trials as lead and only defense counsel at trial. Most of those trials ended in complete judgements for the defense.
Born and raised on a farm in central Florida, and educated in Gainesville and Tallahassee, Richard has a connection to almost every part of the great state of Florida. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, coaching little league basketball or baseball, or building legos with his three sons.
