Aaron has extensive experience representing national and regional trucking and transportation clients, including freight brokers and other logistics enterprises.  He regularly counsels insurers and transportation companies on intrastate and interstate Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, State and Federal insurance requirements and financial responsibility, and is particularly adept at identifying and counseling clients on issues related to MCS-90 surety obligations.

Aaron also has deep experience handling complex business, real estate and construction litigation, landlord tenant disputes, business torts and various other civil litigation matters.

Aaron regularly serves as coverage counsel for various insurers.  He reviews policy language and assists in drafting policy forms and endorsements to best avoid future risks and exposure. 

Aaron has handled all phases of litigation, representing business owners, corporations, individuals, insurers and self-insureds throughout Florida.

Additionally, Aaron is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.
