She has extensive experience representing clients in complex construction defect cases, insurance defense matters, trucking and transportation defense, and various civil litigation disputes. Elizabeth has handled all phases of litigation, representing business owners, corporations, individuals, insurers, and self-insureds throughout Florida.
Prior to joining Sastre, Saavedra & Epstein, Elizabeth was a partner at a mid-size Florida insurance defense firm, where she focused on construction defect litigation and insurance defense. She also served as an associate attorney at a large Florida insurance defense firm, handling a variety of civil litigation matters.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida – Fredric G. Levin College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
