Dania’s practice areas include first-party property insurance defense litigation, including coverage and bad faith litigation, along with complex commercial and business litigation, with a primary focus on construction defect litigation. Her experience includes both large firm and boutique firm environments.
Dania routinely represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, owners/developers, design professionals and materials manufacturers in transactions and disputes, many of which have involved extremely complex issues in the areas of construction defects and deficiencies relating to residential and commercial construction, contract claims, construction lien claims, delay and interruption claims, insurance claims and related matters.
Dania has also represented clients in litigation involving post-tension, roofing, drywall assemblies, stucco, EIFS systems, paint, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, fire sprinkler systems and many other building systems and components. Her general litigation practice extends to contract and business-related disputes, and she has experience before state and federal courts in Florida.
