Brian has over twenty years’ experience litigating trucking and automobile negligence cases, premises liability, and first-party property cases in state and federal court. He is focused on developing effective strategies for his clients that timely resolve claims and lawsuits while minimizing loss and expenses. His clients include regional and national transportation clients and large and small businesses owners.

Brian has also served his clients by investigating and litigating suspected fraudulent claims. He has managed multiple large-scale insurance fraud projects, including developing and implementing specialized in-house claim strategies for carriers.

Brian regularly speaks at state and national conferences and has provided in-house training to large and small insurance carriers and business organizations.
