Rangel Cruz was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida.  He attended Florida International University and graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Thereafter he pursued a legal career and attended the Florida International University College of Law, graduating in 2015.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. 

Since his admission to the Florida Bar, Rangel Cruz has applied his skills exclusively to the field of litigation.  His litigation practice involves assisting a wide range of insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals in resolving liability and insurance coverage disputes.
